Our firm seeks creative solutions to the constraints placed on our client's projects by local agency covenants and codes, by budgets and by schedules. Through continuing communication between the Owner, Agency Officials and Builders, Gaunt-Zimmer Design is able to provide leadership in the successful completion of the Owner's project. Our approach to design and construction is one of Team Building from project inception to project completion. We seek consultants experienced in the proposed project type, who can assemble into a pro-active solution-oriented team, working with the Builder to achieve a successful project.
